See Official Entry rules for complete details.  Please be sure to list ingredients in order of use; No abbreviations allowed, spell out items such as: tablespoon, teaspoon, cup; Include weight of purchased food item, such as 1 can tomatoes (14 ounces).  Also, include the cooking/baking time and temperature; number of servings; size of pots/pans/dishes.

I hereby give my permission for my entry to become the exclusive property of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce and Riviana Foods (Sponsor) and I understand it will not be returned.  I agree that the submission of my entry constitutes permission for the Chamber or the Sponsor to use the entry, including recipes, for editorial, advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation.  I/we agree to the guidelines and conditions of the Contest.  I/we declare that the information above is true and complete.  I/we understand that all applications must be completed, signed, before being accepted by the Katy Rice Harvest Festival Committee.

Recipe applications must be received online by 3:00 pm Central Daylight Savings Time, September 24, 2009.
